Sutherland is actively hiring for the International Semi Voice Process, welcoming both freshers and experienced candidates. In this role, you will handle customer calls from various countries, providing product or technical support to resolve issues.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handling customer calls from international locations such as the U.S., Dubai, etc.
- Providing product and technical support to resolve customer queries.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Open to both undergraduates and graduates.
- Comfortable with 24/7 shifts and rotational week offs.
