Role & Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be handling customer chats and emails from various countries like the U.S. and Dubai. Your main tasks will involve providing support for products or services and assisting with technical issues through chat interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Both undergraduates and graduates can apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Willingness to work 24/7 shifts with rotational week offs (5 days a week)
- Selection process involves various assessments and an operations round
- Night shift employees will have access to a two-way cab facility within a 25km radius of the office
- Candidates comfortable with office work can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Virtual interviews are not available
- Candidates residing out of station are not eligible
- Candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible
