Role Overview:
As a Fraud Analyst at Wipro, you will be part of the Non-Tech Support - Non Voice team, supporting operations related to fraud analysis and management within a BPO/call center environment.
Job Description:
- Conduct analysis to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Handle non-voice processes efficiently.
- Utilize basic Excel and computer skills for data management and analysis.
Specifications:
- Work Location: Hyderabad
- Work Environment: Office-based; Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Qualification: Graduates with all necessary documents (PC & CMM Mandatory), MBA candidates for post-graduation.
- Eligibility: Graduates from 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024 only; Freshers only; Immediate joiners preferred.
- Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 days of rotational week off.

Wipro Campus, Gate No. 2, 203, 115/1, ISB Rd, Opposite to Dominos, Financial District, Gachibowli, Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032.
