Responsibilities:
- - Proficiently navigate through various computer screens to efficiently carry out assigned tasks
- - Interact with customers, clients, and vendors, escalating any concerns to the appropriate supervisory staff
- - Participate in training sessions to enhance client and customer satisfaction, job performance, and knowledge of company policies and procedures
- - Adhere strictly to all company and contact center policies and procedures
- - Complete assigned tasks as directed by management.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- - Previous experience in BPO or travel industry preferred but freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply
- - Bachelor's degree or undergraduate with relevant experience
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on business technical writing
- - Proficiency in using computer applications
- - Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts, with 5 days working
- - Openness to work in a blended environment involving chat and email support.
